My Online Coaching Program is the best solution to working with me without physically coming to my studio. Upon signing up, I will interact with you via email to design a program based on your needs. I’ll include every detail of the workout including exercises, exact amount weight, sets, rest and videos if needed. New workouts for the week will be sent in a spreadsheet every Sunday along with nutritional advice. The price ranges depending on the number of workouts you need.
