- This 12 week training program uses a 4 day split to brutally tax your chest, arms, legs, back, and shoulders. There is no wave of intensity. The entire program is intense and should only be used by lifters that have been lifting for at least a year.
- To get results, you must push yourself hard and eat properly. Going through the motions without intensity will slow progress. Use this program once a year for big muscle gain. This isn’t a magic pill, but if done properly it’s not uncommon to add 8-10lb of body weight and several pounds of muscle.
