My Story


Hey there, my name is Brad and I’m the owner of Brad Baldwin Fitness. I’m a 2x National Champion in Strongman and have been featured in several fitness magazines and podcasts. I’ve helped hundreds of people tone up, lose fat,  move well, and gain strength.
With a bachelors degree in exercise physiology, and the NSCA’s gold standard certification for strength and conditioning coaching, I am one of the most qualified and educated trainers in New York City. Fitness is my passion, and I’ve followed that passion all the way to the Strongman National Championships, where I won in 2015 and 2016. I approach every trainee with grounded science and years of experience, and I look forward to helping you on your fitness goal, whether it is through in-person sessions or my online coaching program.

My Philosophy

My primary philosophy for training is that if you want to look like an athlete, you need to train and eat like one. Together we can build muscle and get stronger with your own customized training program.

Monday – Friday

5:00AM – 11:00AM | 3:30PM – 9:00PM

Saturday

8:00AM – 4:00PM
